Blanco

Cristian has over 5 years experience in strength training, he loves making people feel comfortable, confident and he always will be there to help you achieve your goals. He is one of the co-founders of New-U Health.

Cristian works with all levels of fitness and experience including people with injuries, beginners, intermediate level and clients who want to improve their skills for a specific sport. He is passionate about encouraging all of his clients to lift weights and understand the benefits of it.

Triston
Purcell

As a young boy, Triston aspired to become a professional footballer, He was well on his way when serious knee and shoulder injuries led to reconstructions.

The football dream for him was over, His dream may have been cut short but his passion for developing a career in fitness and his desire to help others grew stronger.

engaged his first mentor at the young age of 14.  Learning from such a young age, he developed knowledge and experience past his years. Spending 15 years in gyms and around sporting clubs before studying to become a Personal Trainer, led Triston to where he is today. 
Triston has a special interest in body composition, postural correction and educating others with regards to correct exercise technique to avoid injury.But there is a whole lot more to Triston than just knowledge, experience and passion for the industry.
Triston is a well-liked and loved coach.  Why?  He’s professional, he’s authentic and he genuinely cares for his clients.  He has a passion for the health and well being of his clients as a whole – body and mind.

Delta Strength & Conditioning
My road to becoming a Personal Trainer started in 2015 with my paper on developing wearable technology for use in mitigating lower back pain however unbeknownst at the time, this would lead me into the fitness industry prompting my early departure from university. 
In 2018 I began practicing out of Fitness First where I developed and applied various strength training system(s), shoulder rehabilitation protocols as well as a strong interest in human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
2020 signalled my departure from Fitness First following the C-19 pandemic and my decision to break away from the commercial gyms and into the private sector.
This coincided with my developing interest in working with Women in Sports to provide the relevant preparation, support and training aid to reduce injury and mitigate the chances of ACL Ruptures and lower limb injuries currently affecting women in sports.
This led me to Co-Finding New U Health Studio.
