Josh Montaos

Hello I’m coach Josh! I started weight training when I was 16 as I was self conscious and had low confidence. I realised early on the benefits of strength training not only for the body, but for the mind as well. Since beginning my journey in health and fitness, I’ve come across many modalities of training. Having competed in powerlifting and trained in weightlifting and sports performance, I use my knowledge in these areas to help all of my clients build robust and capable bodies. I became a personal trainer as I’ve come to realise how important strength training can be for everyone. When I started training I had little guidance, it was all a matter of guessing and experimenting. Training and exercise is a massive part of my life and I’ve made it my duty to help educate and guide as many people as I can in order for them to reap the benefits as well.
