Hello I'm coach Josh! I started training at the age of 16 as I was self conscious and had low confidence. I realised early on the benefits of strength training not only for the body, but for the mind as well.

Since beginning my journey in health & fitness, I’ve come across many modalities in training. Having competed in powerlifting and trained in weightlifting and sports performance, I use my knowledge in these areas to help build robust and capable bodies.

One of the reasons why I became a personal trainer was that I realised how important strength training can be for everyone however when I started out, I had little guidance and it was all a matter of guessing and experimenting. As such, training and exercise is a big part of my life and I’ve made it my mission to help educate as many people as I can.
